A beautiful physical therapist starts working with J.D. patient but he is hesitant to ask her out due to his past misfortunes. Turk breaks his arm resulting in his being sent back to medical rounds with Dr. Cox. Elliot asks Keith to move in with her but they soon find their differences a problem.
