As they leave the hospital car park Paul Sager and Heaton are fired at. The car where the shots are fired from is traced to a local private investigator who admits he is working for Paul's wife. When Abdul Muntqim is found dying Derek Jacobs is linked to the attack. When Paul is charged with smuggling he is attacked by Derek who has explosives strapped all over him.
