Ryan's dish is a reference to the purported health benefits of fish high in omega 3 oils. Sabrina is inspired by her aunt, a retired nurse who used to take in food to share with her fellow workers during her shifts. With all chefs gunning for gastronomic glory, when the scores are delivered one chef is in for a shock.
