Finals Dessert

It's the last chance for the chefs to get their dish in contention for the final banquet and those who've failed to finish in the top three so far are going all out. Joining the judges is Celia Sandys, Winston Churchill's granddaughter who was born during the war and who helped judge the Northern Ireland heats. The chefs are shocked by some bad news when they arrive but it's soon into the kitchen to get cooking. When the dessert result is in it's down to the judges to pick the perfect menu from all four courses' shortlists. Which chef will triumph to cook the starter, fish, main and dessert at the D-Day banquet?
