Wales Judging

The two remaining Welsh chefs fight it out for the last place in the finals. They must both cook all four courses of their D-Day inspired menus again for the judges Prue Leith, Oliver Peyton and Matthew Fort. The judges are joined by former war correspondent Martin Bell, whose father was a favourite author of the troops during the World War II. Which chef will fly the flag for Wales next week?
