The Welsh chefs Andy Beaumont, David Kelman and Mary Ann Gilchrist are all hoping to score highly with their very individual main courses. Mary Ann is taking a risk with another austerity-themed dish and Andy is paying tribute to the historical Woolton pie; but will it be David's unusual and deeply personal creation, inspired by his late grandmother, which triumphs?
