South West Fish

The chefs from the South West prepare their fish course. Nathan Outlaw cooks turbot with tartare sauce and fresh peas, while Shaun Rankin cooks lobster and crab cocktail with marinated baby fennel salad, sunflower bread and herb mayonnaise.
