Central Dessert

The chefs of the central region prepare their desserts. Daniel Clifford makes apple and rhubarb crumble with rhubarb sorbet and an 'RAF Typhoon' shot, while Glynn Purnell makes bakewell tart with double cream ice cream and instant cider brandy fruit jam.
