PCs Tony Stamp and Leela Kapoor come across persistent young offender, Kyle Bowker who is accused of mugging and beating up a man on the street.<br> <br> Aware that Kyle is a bit of a tearaway Tony finds it hard to believe that violent assault is in his nature and passes the case onto DS Ramani De Costa and DC Terry Perkins. The pair then find themselves having to make a difficult decision that could affect Kyle’s future family life.<br> <br> Meanwhile, partners-in-crime, DC Mickey Webb and DC Zain Nadir investigate the circumstances surrounding a burning man being thrown out of a moving car. They find he was involved in an explosion at a crystal meth cook-house and with gentle persuasion from PC Laura Bryant, PC Lance Powell reluctantly agrees to help Mickey and Zain with their investigation. Lance goes undercover at a local gay bar and finds that crystal meth is being dealt there. Michael Keenan, the barman, points out the suspected dealer to Lance and successful arrests are made.<br> <br> As Lance, Zain and Mickey celebrate; Lance’s partner, Mark arrives and announces that he’s leaving the MET.<br> <br> Bradley is upset when Terry misses his important football match. A guilt-ridden Terry is having second-thoughts about his relationship with Lucy and tries to cool things but she begs him stay and make a go of them being a family.
