Ulterior Motive

D.C.I. Meadows arrives at Ted Roach's funeral and meets up with old friends Bob Cryer and Alec Peters. Roach was apparently killed in a hit and run accident, however, D.C.I. Meadows doesn't believe it and decides to investigate his old pal's death and he asks Bob and Alec to help him.
