In Newcastle the Police arrest Frank Bentley and find a boot full of drugs along with a gun and all this follows a high speed car chase. He arrives at the police station and is joined by his lawyer Liz McAuley. Burnside and Rawton are undercover in the North East and they are there to investigate corruption.
