Robbie befriends the unwitting Carla and Roy as the day comes to help Tony escape from jail. The murderer's plan swings into action as he starts a fight and fakes a heart attack while his accomplice lies in wait. Gail's trial begins with Tracy the first prosecution witness, despite Deirdre's pleas that she reconsider.
