At Cardiff's Willows High School, Head Teacher Joy Ballard is working hard to inspire the kids of the Welsh capital and keep them on the right track. This edition focuses on two feisty year 10 girls. Proud to wear their emotions on their sleeves, the girls aren't afraid of voicing their opinions. It is up to the staff at Willows to ensure that they stay on track, using every tactic available to get through to them. Hopefully it will help solve their problems and find their individual strengths
