The One Where Rachel Smokes

Rachel is desperate to impress her new boss Karen. But finds competition in a colleage who is Karen's smoking partner, forcing Rachel to begin smoking. Meanwhile, Joey and Ross clash when Ross's son Ben lands a part in commercial and Joey tags along to get the part of his onscreen dad, whilst Monica and Phoebe decide to throw a suprise birthday party for Rachel, two months before her birthday.
