Resurrection of the Daleks, Part One

The TARDIS lands in London's Docklands, 1984. Uniformed policemen are gunning down strangely-dressed vagrants in broad daylight and a prison ship in the far future has a sole prisoner aboard it. The two locations are linked by the time corridor the TARDIS has been sucked into.
