Hank has a violent confrontation with Jesse, leaving the latter in the hospital. Jesse initially wants to press charges against the DEA for the attack, but Walt quickly realizes that this could endanger his whole operation. He offers Jesse a spot beside him at the super-lab, but Gus and Gale aren't necessarily on-board with the idea.
