Kirstie Allsopp and Phil Spencer are back to guide more house-hunters through an ever-changing market, beginning in east London. Phil is with Abbi, who needs a flat with step-free wheelchair access from her front door to the city's transport links. But as she is well aware, accessibility details are often unreliable in the agent listings. Kirstie helps Rhian and Cathal, who want a home they can grow into, with enough room for children eventually and space to host family - but as they discover, their £500,000 budget is still not quite enough to secure everything on a reasonable wish list.
