The nation marks 25 years since the Sept. 11, 2001, terror attacks. We look back on the day that changed America forever in today's Eye Opener. On Sept. 11, 2001, Vanessa Minter, an American Airlines reservations agent, answered Betty Ong's call from one of the hijacked planes during the terror attacks. In an exclusive interview with Jonah Kaplan, Minter recalls the flight attendant's bravery and finally meets Ong's family 25 years later. The world experienced a vast shift in the wake of the terror attacks on Sept. 11, 2001. Norah O'Donnell takes a look at some of the larger effects. Former President George W.
