The police shooting in Madison, Wisconsin, is now being investigated as a homicide. On Wednesday, four officers allegedly struggled with the man, now identified as Corey Ruiz, before one of them opened fire. Police later said Ruiz had a knife. Jonah Kaplan reports. A seaplane crashed near Sucia Island off the coast of Washington on Thursday. The 10 passengers and one pilot on board all survived. Adam Yamaguchi reports.
