Nightclub Shooter or Mistaken Identity?

Following a drunken altercation outside a Long Island Nightclub, a mystery gunman fires several shots injuring a club doorman. The whole incident is captured on CCTV and the next day the accused is arrested and charged with Assault in the First-Degree.
