Devastating images are coming out of Indiana where the governor has now declared a statewide disaster emergency. NBC News' Maggie Vespa is on the ground there as more rain is on the way. Investigators discovered disturbing videos of two missing women inside a Philadelphia house who are now believed to be dead. In Lincoln County, Maine, the only delivery unit is set to close later this year, leaving expectant mothers scrambling.
