Foreign Correspondent this week is on patrol with local police in Haiti.Haiti is a nation living under gang rule. With the highest homicide rate in the world, violence has become normalised and more than a million people have been displaced. Now a new international force is in place to try and wrestle control away from the gangs, so the first elections in more than a decade can be held.On Foreign Correspondent an inside look at how the gangs have turned the capital Port-AuPrince into a veritable war zone. We meet the gang members who have become a law unto themselves, and we go on patrol with the local police whose numbers and arsenal are often no match for the gunmen they are trying to catch.
