The city mayor's car is stolen. Sasha and Maloy are arguing about who will be the first to find the car. Maloy is ready to do anything to not lose to his son, but Boris will suffer the most from this. Meanwhile, Liza suspects that her father — the former "watcher" over the city — is involved in the theft.
