Marina starts working as a consultant in the police team, which detective Tomislav Ramljak is not very happy with. He gets involved in the investigation of Marko Katic's death, which at first glance looks like a suicide. Together with detective Ramljak, he uncovers clues that point to a more complex case, while doubts about the victim's identity open up new questions and lead the investigation in an unexpected direction. At the same time, Marina is faced with the story of Borna Horvat, a former partner, whose disappearance 15 years ago reopens questions from her past.
