Southeastern Missouri was hit by more than a foot of rain on Friday with more expected over the weekend. Dozens had to be rescued from rushing floodwaters. In Houston, eyewitnesses disputed the account of federal officials in the fatal shooting of a Mexican national this week by an Immigration and Customs Enforcement agent. Officials admit that the man killed was not the person they were targeting in an immigration operation. Jason Allen reports.
