Search and rescue missions are continuing on the ground after devastating floods struck Southeast Missouri. Iranian state media reports that the Revolutionary Guard says the Strait of Hormuz is closed until further notice. It comes as Iran's new supreme leader, Mojtaba Khamenei, is vowing revenge for his father's killing, saying it is the "demand" of his country.
