Three days after devastating earthquakes in Venezuela, officials say the death toll has risen to more than 1,400. Angry protesters say their government has not been doing enough to help rescue and recover those trapped in rubble. Meanwhile Venezuelan communities in the U.S. are gathering food and supplies to send to people in need. NBC News' Aaron Gilchrist reports. Officials confirmed at least one person died during a flash flood emergency in Kentucky on Saturday. At the same time, fast-moving wildfires burned out of control in Utah, prompting evacuations. NBC News' Dana Griffin reports. Iran said it struck U.S. linked targets in response to U.S. strikes on Iranian missile and drone storage locations. The newest exchange of fire raises questions about President Trump's Memorandum of Understanding with Iran. Iran's foreign minister has accused the U.S. of "treaty breaking." The upcoming wedding between Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce is fueling growing speculation about every aspect of the big day. Fans are taking to prediction markets like Kalshi and Polymarket making trades on who will make the guest list with Selena Gomez topping the list. NBC News' Valerie Castro reports. Parents are spending 46% more on average on their kids' sports since 2019, according to a recent study. Experts say part of the problem is private equity buying up youth leagues and facilities. The skyrocketing costs have even sparked a new bill in Congress, aimed at keeping private equity out of these programs and to make sure families of all income levels can have access to youth sports. As the United States prepares to celebrate its 250th anniversary on the Fourth of July, the "America's Tapestry" project has brought together embroiderers from 13 states, the original 13 colonies, to create panel images celebrating people who have been overlooked in American history.
