Mark Millar helps a couple building their own home in their favourite field in the Lancashire countryside. They're trading their suburban semi in Preston for an ambitious spacious and stylish new family home they have designed with floor-to-ceiling windows looking out over the views. Former police officer Allan has decided his first retirement project will be managing the build, with absolutely no experience.
