Firefighters and rescue crews are working to recover victims from the what's left of an apartment building after a fiery explosion today. A raft carrying 12-year-old Cesar Albarracin Guncay capsized and all five people on board fell into the water during an annual school field trip in the Poconos. Jean Carroll's civil lawsuits against the president, according to two sources familiar with the matter.
