In Alabama tornadoes ripped across the state destroying homes and tearing down trees. Flash flooding left drivers stranded. Tonight 30 million people remain under flood alerts across the South and Ohio Valley. NBC News' Aaron Gilchrist reports from Atlanta. In California, 16,000 people remain displaced as officials say a damaged chemical tank is still a threat. In Washington, a deadly chemical disaster at a packaging plant killed multiple people and left others severely injured. NBC News' Steve Patterson reports.
