A 53-year-old man is being blue-lighted in with shortness of breath and chest pains, and woman arriving for a hospital appointment has fallen down the escalator. Forty-two-year-old farmer Duncan has been crushed by one of his herd of bulls. His spleen has ruptured, and he needs to get to the specialist trauma at Sheffield.
