Defense Secretary Pete Hegseth sought to demote the Arizona Senator who is a retired Navy Captain over comments Kelly made in a video posted on social media. Today a federal judge slammed the move and granted Kelly an injunction citing the First Amendment. NBC News' Gabe Gutierrez reports.
