Migrating to Ulaanbaatar, Mongolia

A couple who are getting bored of Toronto decide to teach in Ulaanbaatar, Mongolia, but with a limited budget it proves difficult to find the home with two bathrooms (one for a photography studio) and space to practice yoga that they desire.
