Couple Searches for their Own Space in Nicaragua's San Juan del Sur

Canadian real estate investor Brock brought his girlfriend Christina to San Juan del Sur, Nicaragua, in search of money-making opportunities. They fell in love with this coastal paradise and decided to stay for good, but after months of sharing a 700 square foot apartment with another couple, they need a place of their own. What they can't agree on is the budget: Brock wants to spend no more than $500,000 US, but Christine can't imagine spending less than $900,000 US.
