A Dream Job / Ill Pirate Alert!

Matilda and Jim get to follow a special person who has their dream job. Matilda picks Grandpa while Jim picks a police officer. But, the jobs turn out to be different than what they expected. The Jolley-Rogers are horrified when Matilda suggests taking sick Jim to the doctor...something that pirates do not do.
