People affected by cancer share their personal and moving stories, in a series of short films in aid of Stand Up To Cancer. Mum-of-two Shona was diagnosed with cancer shortly after giving birth. While Shona was undergoing treatment, her partner Will was diagnosed with terminal cancer. This is the deeply moving story of a family who faced unimaginable heartbreak caused by cancer.
