Pierre Moscovici - EU Finance Commissioner

Sarah Montague speaks to EU finance commissioner Pierre Moscovici, who will play a pivotal role in negotiations with Europe under pressure to write off some of Greece's debts, asking whether Europe's taxpayers should spend more to make life easier for the Greeks. In either case there are extremely difficult times ahead for the European Union.
