In today's show, actor and comedian Adrian Edmondson is visiting the historic county of Lincolnshire, to search for the regions finest traditional British foods and crafts. Adrian visits a family butchers who have been serving an unusual local delicacy since the 1900s. He learns about the art of stone masonry at the top of Lincoln Cathedral and meets a farmer who keeps one of Britain's oldest breeds of cattle, before cooking up a tasty regional snack for some local folk singers.
