In today's programme, comedian Adrian Edmondson makes his way to the South of England to explore the rich food and craft heritage in Cornwall. He sails out for a spot of night-time fishing to learn about the region's sardine industry, shows his competitive side when he take part in a pilot gig boat race and after sampling some handmade ale, bakes some biscuits for a local group of harpists.
