East Scotland

Today actor and comedian Adrian Edmondson is on his way to East Scotland as he searches out Britain's finest regional foods and traditions. He meets the brothers brewing medieval heather ale, visits a family of sporran makers and tastes some highland cattle beef. Adrian then cooks up a nourishing Scottish broth for some local singers.
