In today's programme, actor and comedian Adrian Edmondson makes his way to beautiful Cumbria, to explore the regions unique foods and much-loved British traditions. He learns about every hiker's favourite treat, Kendal Mint Cake, tries his luck fishing the traditional Viking way, enjoys a taste of the Caribbean when he learns about the history of rum in the region, and bakes up a spicy cake for some local cloggers.
