Episode 1

The first episode introduces three friends who are hoping to turn a dilapidated historical Welsh mansion into a hospitality business. In France, a husband and wife throw themselves into the final season at the hotel they rebuilt, and in Italy, a historical palazzo is about to be revived by a former plumber and an artist.
