Dr Ajay Singal visits the home of an elderly patient suffering from debilitating gout. Back in the surgery, a woman arrives suffering from a stabbing pain in her side, and Dr Nashat Qamar has to get tough with a patient suffering from heart disease, high blood pressure and diabetes, who refuses to take his medication properly.
