Wales: Starter and Fish

It's the 20th anniversary series of Great British Menu, and four chefs compete for Wales with canapes, starters and fish dishes celebrating great Britons of the past for a banquet at historic Blenheim Palace.The dishes are judged by 2022 Great British Menu Champion of Champions Spencer Metzger, and they include a leek and potato soup celebrating St David, and a scallop, horseradish and nasturtium dish celebrating Nye Bevan and the NHS.
