Scotland: Starter and Fish

It's the 20th anniversary series of Great British Menu, and four chefs compete for Scotland with canapes, starters and fish dishes celebrating great Britons of the past for a banquet at historic Blenheim Palace.The dishes are judged by the Michelin-starred Aktar Islam and include a beetroot-based book celebrating Sir Arthur Conan Doyle and Sherlock Holmes, and an inventive take on poaching haddock inside a humble flask that's inspired by four Scottish inventors.
