Drug of Choice

After a young boy brutally murders two people and a parakeet, Gunter takes a personal interest in the lad's criminal case. Using his newfound role as a cop to mentor the boy, Gunter steers the youth even farther towards the dark side... until he realizes the kid's evil nature may be tied to a drug trafficking operation presided over by the city's other crime lord, Racken.
