This time of year is also about planning ahead for winter displays and spring colour and Monty has ideas and tips for planting up garden pots to provide a focal point through the coldest months. Rachel de Thame sees firsthand the mania for tulip growing in Holland when she visits the world's largest spring garden, Keukenhof.
