After raising 10 kids, Jackie and Terry were ready to sell the enormous family home on the Mornington Peninsula, retire and hit the road. The market, however, had other ideas, and their target price of 1.6 million met with zero interest. Local buyers favour turnkey properties they can move into without doing anything - not a ginormous 5 bedder 20 years out of date with an impossibly small kitchen.
