The Amber Room

A new discovery in the Baltic Sea reveals the story of this lost treasure. The wreckage of the German World War II steamer Karlsruhe may contain the Amber Room. During Operation Hannibal's evacuation (Germany's Dunkirk), Soviet planes bombed and sunk the ship in April 1945.
