Cowboy Birthday Dinner

It's Ladd's birthday, so Ree Drummond makes his dream dinner. She creates a Guajillo Chili Pot Roast with a side of Creamy Rustic Mashed Potatoes that's topped with Chili Herb Cowboy Butter.
